Perfect Grilled Cheese
Ingredients:
2 slices of your preferred bread
2 ounces of Karst Cave-Aged Cheese, thinly sliced
1-2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
Instructions:
Start by pre-heating your skillet over medium-low heat.
Butter one side of each slice of bread evenly. Turn the slices over.
On one of the unbuttered sides, arrange slices of Karst Cave-Aged Cheese.
Top with the other slice of bread, buttered side up.
Place your sandwich on the preheated skillet. Cook until the bottom is nicely browned, and the cheese starts to melt (3-5 minutes).
Flip your sandwich carefully, and cook until the other side is browned to your liking, and the cheese is fully melted, another 2-3 minutes.
Remove your sandwich from the skillet, and let it cool for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving.
